1. This agreement shall govern the relationship between member and Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra and all transactions or services, with or in connection with Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra for all purposes.

2. These rules may be modified, altered, changed by Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra from time to time.

3. To use services of Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra one must register as a member.

4. Members availing services from Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra shall be deemed to have read, understood, unconditionally accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions of Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra.

5. Members profiles may be crawled and indexed by search engines, where Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra does not have any control over the search engines behavior and Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra shall not be responsible for such activities of other search engines. Profile and detailed uploaded by the member would be presumed at member’s owned wish, authority and conscious.

6. Membership is only for members / personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person / group / entity.

7. Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a suitable proposal / life partner. Members are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc. In such case of any ‘indecent’ activities membership of the said member would be cancelled immediately.

8. All contents included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, softwares is the property of Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra.

9. The minimum age for registration with Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra is 18 years for Bride and 21 years for Bridegroom.

10. Registration Fees once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

11. Member has to provide true information in registration form. Responsibility of providing truthful information is solely on member.

12. Profile of candidate will be uploaded on website within 48 hours of realization of registration / renewal fee.

13. Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra reserves and has full rights to deny or reject the profile of candidate from being uploaded without giving any reason.

14. Member will receive email once profile is uploaded on website. It is member's responsibility to check online data. If any changes are required, member can inform at contact@anurupjodi.com

15. Mobile Number and e-mail id, both are mandatory for online registration.

16. Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra reserves the right to delete any photograph if it feels photograph is not appropriate for site. Determining appropriateness of photograph shall be at sole discretion of Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra.
17. After Engagement / after marriage if member wishes to remove profile from website, it should be communicated to Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra by email or through registered mobile number. On receiving communication for removal of profile, it will be removed from website within 2 working days.

18. If member decides to revoke/terminate the membership, the fees paid are not refundable under any circumstances.

19. Character verification is to be done by interested members themselves and it will be members’ owned responsibility. 20. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on ‘anurupjodi.com’ and Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

21. At present Anurup Jodi Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra is working only with ‘on line’ mode and has no office anywhere.
